Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Uilora ("we", "our", "us") and the services available at uilora.com. By accessing or using Uilora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

- This license covers both personal and commercial use, including client work, SaaS products, and internal tools.
- You may modify the component source code to suit your project's requirements.
- You may not redistribute Uilora components as a standalone UI library or component pack — either free or paid — without our written consent.
- Premium-tier components (where applicable) are licensed per the plan you subscribe to; free-tier components are available under this license at no charge.
2. Permitted Uses
- Use components in client projects and deliver them as part of built applications.
- Use components in open-source projects, provided Uilora is credited in the project's README or documentation.
- Modify, adapt, and theme components to match your design system.
- Build SaaS products, marketing sites, dashboards, and internal tools on top of Uilora.
- Reference Uilora in portfolio work and case studies.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Redistributing raw Uilora source files or component collections as a competing UI library, template pack, or similar product.
- Removing or obscuring any copyright notices, author attribution, or versioning metadata embedded in the code.
- Claiming original authorship of unmodified or minimally modified Uilora components.
- Using Uilora to build products that violate applicable laws, infringe third-party intellectual property, or facilitate harmful activity.
- Sublicensing or reselling access to Uilora's premium plans or API keys.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Uilora components are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that components are error-free, that they will meet your specific requirements, or that they are compatible with every framework version or configuration.
- Performance outcomes depend on your implementation stack, hosting environment, and usage patterns.
- We reserve the right to deprecate, modify, or remove components from the library at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
5. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Uilora and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Uilora in the twelve months preceding the claim (or INR 500 if you have not made any payment).
- Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability — in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
6. Intellectual Property
- Uilora and its creators retain all intellectual property rights in the component library, design system, branding, and documentation.
- You retain full ownership of applications you build using Uilora components.
- Visual adaptations, theme tokens, and custom modifications you create are your own property.
- The Uilora name, logo, and brand assets are registered trademarks and may not be used without written permission.
7. Termination
- These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.
- You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach within 7 days of written notice.
- Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (liability, IP, governing law) remain in effect.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Indian law, or, where arbitration is not applicable, in the courts of India. You waive any right to a jury trial or class-action proceeding.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by email notification. Your continued use of Uilora after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
