• Comply with global digital standards and regional regulations

• Maintain brand distinction; do not impersonate Uilora officials

• No deceptive practices involving our interaction logic

• Respect third-party dependencies utilized within the ecosystem

Please recognize the following technical constraints:

• Primitives are provided in their current state ('as-is')

• We are not liable for edge-case bugs or runtime anomalies in your production

• Performance benchmarks depend on your unique implementation stack

• Architecture and APIs are subject to evolutionary upgrades

• Final verification and QA reside with the implementing developer

You are empowered and encouraged to:

• Utilize Uilora in multi-million user commercial environments

• Deep-link components into your custom React/Next.js frameworks

• Remix shadow logic, physics, and cinematic motion timing

• Build unique software-as-a-service empires on our foundations

• Reference Uilora as your UI infrastructure partner

The following trajectories are strictly prohibited:

• Standalone redistribution of Uilora source files without product context

• Developing a competing UI library utilizing internal Uilora logic

• Reselling 'raw' components without substantial architectural changes

• Removal of digital signatures or internal versioning manifests

• Claiming credit for the original motion physics or primitive design

Regarding equity and ownership:

• Uilora retains the patent for the core interaction models

• You maintain 100% ownership of your application's business logic

• Visual adaptations and theme tokens reside with the implementer

• Uilora's brand name and visual identity are protected design assets

• Community feedback may be integrated into the core engine
